Hey Fellow golfer,

 My name is Garrie O’Neill.

I am a Personal Trainer and Golf Fitness professional.

I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 21 years, have been following golf for over 30 years and playing for over 15 years.
Here at the Golf Conditioning Clinic we have been specialising in golf fitness and conditioning for the last 15 years..
We train golfers of all skill levels, golfers from high to low handicap. 
We help them reach their true golfing potential, this in turn allows them to compete at their maximum. Golf fitness has become an extremely important component to any golfer who wants to complete at their best.
